After your initial contact (443.600.9550 ext 706 or franchise@ninjabe.com), and completed Confidentiality, Candidate Request for Consideration forms are received, we will reply via Phone and Email messages to schedule an initial 20 to 30 minute conversation with the Franchise team.

2. PRE-QUALIFICATION DECISION BY NinjaBE FRANCHISE TEAM
After Initial 30 minute conversation the NinjaBE Franchise Team completes your Candidate Profile
*Candidate Profile Returned and sent to the NinjaBE Executive Team
*Exec Team comments, is the candidate a positive fit – Personality & financially?
*Commission a Detailed Market Analysis Survey – we’ll order a detailed study of the your most desired marketplace.
3. DELIVER NinjaBE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY & FDD
Discuss Market Survey – we’ll look at the detailed market survey together
*Introduce Key Stakeholders at NinjaBE
*Introduce the NinjaBE FDD
*What is an FDD? How is it a helpful document for you to study?

6. GO/NO GO DECISION – ALL PARTIES
If the NinjaBE Executive Team offers you a Franchise, and when you’ve accepted, then Franchise Agreements will be sent to you.
To make a final decision, most candidates who have a serious interest in our franchise opportunity take about 3 to 4 weeks to gather the info they’ll need including a visit to our corporate Headquarters offices in Maryland.
7. FRANCHISEE ACCEPTANCE – FRANCHISE FEE DUE
Payment of the Franchise Fee starts the buildout process, within 5 days of payment a detailed project plan is created, reviewed, and the site location process begins.
8. SITE LOCATION, DESIGN, BUILDOUT, HIRING/TRAINING, MARKETING, OPENING DAY
Start to Finish (Opening Day) is about 3-6 months, depending on the amount of time you can dedicate to your investigation of the NinjaBE Franchise location, buildout, as well as the licensing requirements of your locale.
